Data processed
AIFinderKit processes submitted topics, source materials, generation settings, preview images, PPTX/PDF files, error logs, and necessary support email content for generation, preview, delivery, customer support, and abuse prevention.
Retention
Uploaded materials and generated results are retained temporarily for 7 days. This 7-day retention supports preview, download, customer support, and troubleshooting. Operational logs and support emails may be retained longer for security, debugging, and compliance needs.
Third-party processing
User content may be processed by AI and infrastructure service providers required to generate presentation files. Support email uses email routing service providers. Payment service providers, payment providers, and related payment records are used only for order verification, customer support, and compliance handling. Uploaded materials are not used to train public models unless a future policy clearly states otherwise and proper authorization is obtained.
Access and logs
Restricted administrators may access job status, generated files, and necessary logs for customer support, debugging, security, and abuse prevention. Logs are designed to avoid storing full sensitive content where possible, but may include error summaries, timestamps, file sizes, job status, and information needed for support investigation.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of materials, generated results, or personal information in support emails, contact support@aifinderkit.com.
