Refund Policy
Eligible refund or remake cases
- Generation failed and no usable full PPTX / PDF was delivered.
- The delivered file is damaged or cannot be opened, or clearly does not match the purchased package.
- The result cannot be downloaded during the 7-day retention window because of a system issue.
- Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or server-confirmed order errors.
Limits after digital file delivery
Once a usable digital file has been delivered and downloaded, refunds are generally limited to technical failure, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or clear mismatch with the purchased content. Subjective style preferences are not an automatic refund case.
